Sunny evening in Houston today

Hello there pretty people! We recently traveled to Houston, Texas for a family trip, to meet up with our family again after many years without seeing each other. Visiting them and spending every day with them was the most pleasant feeling and made me realize that family is all you need to feel completed and happy; they are always gonna support you and be there for you no matter what.

I went there for 6 days, and all of those days included going to the pool EVERY DAY. Here in Milwaukee it’s always cold and we never get to enjoy the hot, humid weather so Texas seemed really nice for being desperate to be inside a pool ALL DAY. Also I really love being/getting tan, especially after spending months wrapped in layers!!! ❤️❤️❤️

We did some shopping and explored downtown Houston but we spent most of our time in Katy, Texas which is 30-45 min away from Houston, a city with a population of 3 million people!

Personally I think that Houston and it’s surroundings are EXTREMELY big. It’s such a big city; everything is far away and you have to spend a lot of time moving from place to place, which is the only dislike I have!

Im gonna insert some pics we took of my “city girl” outfit 😉

Some of these pictures were taken in the Houston museum district, in a park called “Hermann park” that is between Katy and Houston. Really close to the park you can find the Zoo, a bunch of museums, and you can go on a lovely train ride around the park! placeholder://

We browsed around city hall and the public library that is really cute and minimalistic. I loved that!
